About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and disciplined Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our SSB Stay facility. The manager will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all candidates staying with us before their SSB interviews.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Supervise daily operations of the stay facility with the support of helpers.
Booking & Coordination: Handle booking requests (via phone/computer) and maintain updated records.
Reporting: Prepare and submit end-of-day reports regarding occupancy, operations, and issues (if any).
Candidate Support:
Welcome and brief candidates about the stay facilities.
Address candidate concerns and collect structured feedback for improvement.
Discipline & Standards:
Ensure personal hygiene and maintain a smart appearance in uniform.
Oversee cleanliness, food quality, and overall environment of the facility.
Team Supervision: Assign tasks to helpers and ensure smooth teamwork.
Work Schedule & Leave
Full-time residential role (manager will stay at the location).
4–5 days leave per month, aligned with board breaks.
Requirements
Graduate (preferred, but not mandatory if experience is strong).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, booking software).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised, responsible, and able to handle daily operations independently.
Disciplined personality with leadership qualities.
Prior experience in hospitality/hostel management will be an advantage.

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month (10% Yearly Increment) ...+ Festival Bonus + Travel Allowance (Home)
